Horsch pronto in stoney land

Not got anything to big. Just wondering does the cultivation effect of the disks leave the stones on top. Running a power harrow combination that leaves a tidy finish.

Been pressing ploughed ground to try and conserve moisture. Been thinking it would be fine to let fly at it with a trailed drill!

Last spring when it was wet and going when we shouldn't we were glad of combi

Pronto will handle stones no problem, very occasionally you get one sitting on top of cultivation discs stopping it from turning, never broke an arm or disc in 10seasons in some very stoney ground, definitely wouldn't say it brought up more stones than p/h combo.

More aggresive cultivation on the vaderstad which ultimately makes it harder to pull but like the closer spacing, not sure how well the vad will stand up though compared to the horsch which gave very little trouble, looks like there are more parts to go wrong on the vad, pulling 4m on the back of our T254 Valtra and it is struggling on our steeper slopes, putting it on duals for spring so hopefully that will help.
