If I was to use a Horsch Sprinter with Dutch or Metcalfe points for drilling osr and beans is there enough movement on the tine to ensure seed gets drilled into combine wheelings? I like the idea of using a Dale drill but it needs to be able to drill into min tilled land as well.

Use our Dale in min tilled and ploughed land more than we use it direct into stubble atm. Used to run a co and Dale is way better in hard ground with less disturbance and also runs much longer in sticky situations than the co due to no rear packer. This was one of the main reasons we brought a Dale - the fact that there is no rear packers to block up on wet soils when drilling late for grass weed control.
Co would be better for drilling in dry fluffy ploughed land though.

If you want to give me a call to talk about it pm me and I'll send you my number. More than welcome to come and see it also.
