rumour is, same EA chap, has condemned all of the silage pits, on a very big dairy, and digester, hope its not right, but probably is, the rumour goes, farmer said #### of, and now back in there checking everything. Just goes to show you must be tactful, when i queried what he said here, to what his boss said, threat to report to RPA, straight away.

If a number of farmers report him for harassment which is what it is, then his superiors will have to get him to back off and take him off your case, hopefully not relocating him to our area though .
people with agendas need calling out as they cause even more mistrust in agencies like the EA.

my immediate neighbour has no storage whatsoever, enough land out of NVZ, which i think we may now have, calculations being carefully checked, very carefully checked.

What do you guys have as fencing around your lagoons? Toying with the idea of 3m clipex posts and electric/barbed wire? Would want to do it well do it once.

Wow I was completely surprised it only has to be 1.3m high according to HSE!

I'd want it at least 2m to stop everything!

Can see where the slurry pipe reached on the umbilicle! Grass seems to be jumping this week.

just shows how much value is in the slurry, for years it was classed as a nuisance, one of the biggest gains from the NVZ regs, is actually showing the value of sh1t, we are meant to be umbilicaling next week, contractor rung to day, for distance, he went to roll up some pipe, front wheels sunk to axles, in a new ley. A gentle spring would be nice, although if you take notice of potter, need a bad one to lower production, or downwards on price.
