I used to do miles and miles with an opened up 2wd 7610 , on 16.9 x 38's ….. was lethal on its own even if you could stay in the seat.:nailbiting:... but with a nine tonne trailler up behind it was as safe as houses.(y).

better than 4wd cutting and juddering in and out anyway :rolleyes:


new a bloke that ran a dollyed ex artic trailler on a 2wd zetor (y) on air though….

Used to have a 2wd 40k 3070, it wasn’t great at stopping either, worse if previous driver had left the brake pedals unlocked
