How to find my registration number/ english log book

Hello, I bought a kramer 312 but I have no paperwork, I'm in Ireland.
The loader is about 1988 or 1989 and there is a corner of a yellow number plate left.
Who do I contact in UK to find out the reg number and get a replacement log book...
Want to put it on the road in Ireland.

Been waiting 2 months for a Reg document for a new tractor...

Longer for a replacement driving licence
