How to form steel packer rings?

Does anyone have any ideas how to form the rings like this? Have access to a cnc plasma to cut the sections and have our own rolls and pressbrake. Just can't think how to get them to form a v shape. Was hoping someone might have some knowledge before I go experimenting.
Thanks

they’re quite possibly forged sections, I.e. forged to that shape as you see it, rather than being from a cold piece. Kv definitely have the technology for that

This was a photo I found on the Internet where someone had refurbished the packomat, each half of the ring is 4 sections then welded at the top to form the v

How much do you anticipate saving by making them?

Not doing it to save money, I'm not refurbishing a packomat just trying to create something with a similar profile of ring and was easier then trying to describe.

Looking at your picture the point of the V looks welded to me.

Yes I'm interested in how they manage to get the 2 halves into this v shape where it can be welded around the top
