As previous post, how do you post a picture from an iPad?

Thanks
Click on 'Upload a File' button next to the Post Reply button, then when the box pops up click on choose file, where you will see the option to choose from the photo library on your iPad or iCloud etc.

Sorry got a problem. Doing a thread in DD and trying to add photos. I took 13 photos on a "new" to me camera which I uploaded to PC. When I click on upload file and double click on chosen photo, it uploads onto TFF but at end says "File to big" . I ve tried to drag photos and same message comes up .
I have done photos before but not for 12 months or so but I remember before it asks about thumb prints or full size but I m not getting any options?
Can t see in my photos on pc how to change size of photos but they are thumb prints .
I know its me and I admit I am not very computer minded !!

Not sure about the files size being too big in your pictures I think they are set very high here, I regularly upload up to the max of 10 pics all at around 3mb each.
Lets go though the process step by step.
Click Upload file - bottom right of reply box.

This will then open a folder on your pc
My TFF PR logo file - click one, it highlights it, then click open.
It should then upload, and below the reply box you should see

upload_2016-7-16_11-57-22.png

or, if you have uploaded a few up to a max of 10 separate pics you should see where you are able to select all to be posted as either full images or thumbnail size
So I want the agri linc at full size

and finally click 'post reply'

You can also just copy and paste them into the blank space in the reply box, and you should still see them listed under the reply box.

I have had individual pictures too large file. Don't remember if over 3mb.
Just right clicked on pic then re-sized to large size. Pic changed from 1.1mb to 159kb which then uploads fine and faster, internet speed may have a lot to do with it.

Just to let you know that I had to resize pictures down by 80% as my slow internet was taking 40 seconds to upload but only 4 seconds after resizing. Thanks for help and advice !

Okay on a windows phone here, used to be able to click on the browse button and follow the links to the pictures on my phone and click on the thumbnails I wanted to post on here. Phone is maybes groaning under the weight of too many pics but the thumbnails have disappeared and I'm left with a load of code for each pic too choose from, so pretty much impossible to post any pics now. Any ideas? new phone I know and will soon be ready for an upgrade, but in the meantime .....
Ps. On a windows phone never had the option of that bar with all the icons with the smileys, landscapes etc.

My phone is an old samsung.
Suffering the same fate, but, if I go into 'files' and find 'DCIM' file, I am able to see the actual thumbnail.
Perhaps...
No idea how a windows phone works.

If you are desperate to add a photo to a thread, and your device will not allow it, but you know which it is, you can send it to me via [email protected] along with a link to the post, and I am happy to edit a post to do this for you.
