I would like to re-calibrate a 3 year old AutoCommand, if it's possible, to see if it makes it any smoother. I'd normally check the manual, but it doesn't have one.
Yes it is possible but can't remember how, only takes 10 mins or so. It's similar to doing a power command but not quite so automatic. You have to do in menu stages.
Make sure it is at working temp.
Press and hold your 2 speed range change buttons on your mfh while starting it.
You will get a display in your dash with a temp reading and a controller name with h1 next to it.
Pull your handbrake on and put it into fwd with shuttle lever.
Push your +button for the range changes and SYN should show in the dash.
Then press and hold the transmission aggressiveness button. Till it revs up then let go (The one on the control panel with the 3 lights). It should rev up and do its thing for the whole transmission. The tractor will then go back to tick over when finished. Turn it off then and leave it for 30secs to store it's calibrations.
Also once into the calibration menu on the dash let your foot off the clutch. Tractor won't move.
