How to tell If a 3350 jd is 30k or 40k

Can you tell from looking at a 3350 jd if it’s 30k or 40k gearbox?

Disc brake on the prop shaft if it’s 40k I think.

Think from memory 40 k was only with high lift which was external assister rams

40K box the hi/lo splitter defaults to high when the tractor is turned off if I remember correctly.
