Hydraulics

Hi, this is my first post on this forum.
I have a hydraulic problem on a 1982, Ford 4610 tractor. There does not seem to be any flow to the rear spool unit.
Im going to do the easy bit of changing the hydraulic oil and filter but are there known issues with the spool take off unit ?

This what spools you got.?.Do your lift arms work ok,if so look at combing valve as shown be careful removing the plug as there is a strong spring behind it and should be a small metal filter about 25mm x 3mm diameter it may be missing or damaged, withdraw spool, i use external circlip pliers you will find a socket headed plug in end if you take this out count [important ] how many turns inside will be a small spring and ball DON'T lose it clean make certain it's not blocked internally or ball may be damaged by being badly worn if so you can only get this with new valve, but contact me if it's so, when refitting small plug use drop of blue locktite and refit counting the same amount of turns if no luck then pressure gauge needed to set it up....

Many thanks for the info. Luckily just by changing the Hydraulic Oil and filter has returned the system to normal.
My spool unit looks identical to the diagram. No apparent I.D marks just some serial numbers.
