He's a bit of a twit I must say. We had to go to the credit card company to get our money back. He charged us twice for a part and when I complained charged again. He shouldn't have kept our CC details anyway Lloyds gave us the money.
From what I see he list items thats not in stock and run around in circles. I see on other forums people have the similar issues with him. Unfortunately for me the i didn't purchase thru ebay or use a credit card, so it's a little more of a process for me to get my money back, I did a wire transfer and tsb bank not helping any.

Unfortunately Mr Gould appears to have blotted his copybook with other folk as well. I bought and sold a few years back and although long winded I did receive goods and payment.
Apparently if you need any Hymac spares or advice the man to talk to is Tony Flint.

Any kind of assistance here would be nice..... this type of business practice should be unacceptable. As a person running a small operation with 2 kids it's a rough blow to take. I would really appreciate any help here...
