I haven't sown a CS mixture. What next?

I haven't sown any new AB15 legume fallow mixture for next year. The 7th September deadline came and went. Some part fields had standing crop on them until last week. I'm in Mid Tier CS since 2018.

What is the process for notifying the RPA or obtaining a derogation to delay establishment of this feature until spring 2021? There's no way we'd be doing anything other than wasting seed now & would need a helicopter to broadcast the seed as the land is too wet to travel.

When we had to change the area we were going to use for our EFA, they told me to just email them with the details of the fields affected, and they would be in touch. In effect they acknowledged receipt of the email and then sent a confirmation that our proposal was acceptable. I would try the same approach explaining why its too late too wet etc.
