How about 100 pounds a hectare up front so that I can write the report which you can then crib and use for a copyright fee of one pound. Obviously any work on implementation will incur additional fees charged at 250 per hour.

Knowing who farms it at the moment a little I am very surprised by the tender details , one part of the tender was unfortunately born from a very sad incident , I would be very surprised if anyone puts in for this part from who is farming it at the moment.

It's a tender to write a farming prescription, similar to what the National Trust do when they let their farms out. Will be an organisation like ASDA or similar who will tender for it. Bit scandalous really, how with the ANOB know what is being prescribed is any good? Only 1 mention of discussions with the current farmers on how the farm should be farmed.
