IBC connection to water tank

on, here’s the plan: 2 linked IBC’s, sitting on a low trailer and connected to a water trough.

My questions are what is the best way to link the two IBC’s together and what is the best connection to the water trough? It is likely to be low water pressure coming out of the IBC’s so is there a more suitable float valve / ball cock for this scenario?

Thanks

You can fit a 3/4 bulkhead fitting into the cap that usually seals the IBC valve if you drill it carefully - link like that and tee off to your lo-pressure ball valve.

APM Agriparts sell IBC adaptors. I have 2 IBCs on an old trailer chassis that are used to supply a short 50mm pipe to a trough with a 3/4" ball valve. I've got a few set up in mob grazing plots.
