Someone will know the driver

I spotted this white Passat over take twice over double white lines in the National speed limit on the A134 between Bury and Sudbury

This was in the 30mph limit in Alpheton overtaking me with a livestock trailer in tow with me at 30mph as measured by my SatNav

The white paint on the road is to protect the village and those struggling to see at a minor junction. Out of shot is a young Mother in a Fiat 500 with two tots in the back waiting to turn right at that junction and could have pulled out with potentially fatal consequences.

I'm sure if this is shared enough someone in the Sudbury or Bury area will know the driver

Human nature says he was probably trying to get past you where he could, so he wasn't stuck behind you for the next 20 miles bumbling along at 29 mph. Not saying it's right, but that's what happens. I just let them go.

I can't abide nugget drivers. It's the expressions on their faces which really grates on me. It's always the same looking who do it. male, Skinny, five foot nothing, greasy black hair, driving a car with non branded alloys and front fog lights turned on when it's not fu##ing foggy.

A big Merc with personalised plates overtook me on a corner on a 3 lane road with double white lines. I stopped and phoned police as I knew he would be going on at least another 20 miles. Don't know if they stopped him. I was only witness. What was the point? Well 2 weeks later a head on collision at same corner, fatality and road melted in the fire.

what was the gate opener doing sitting on your knee ?
Very clever indeed. So that is the most crucial point , not the offence being committed then?

Actually MY iPhone is in a cradle affixed to my windscreen and was on Google Maps SatNav when I observed the twit in my rear view mirror doing a number of horrendous manoeuvres. The photo was taken by her whilst the 'phone was in the cradle.

Since you are about the 3rd clever dick to wryly observe something (but miss by a country mile), this lunchtime when the water pipe had thawed in the yard, I looked at the sucker marker on my windscreen where the phone sits. I will accept it is centrally mounted but just closer to me. I wasn't taking the photo so I can't say whether the phone in the cradle swivelled slightly to the right.

Now why not go away and focus on the central point of the matter i.e. how this idiot could have killed that young lady and / or her kids if she had turned right in front of me from the side turning
