IH 784 Problems, loader, drive, steering

Hi folks, I am a newbie to the tractor world and stuck ! anybody got an idea why my front loader on my IH 784 will go right to the end of the rams when empty but with a load on around 550kg they stop about 2 to three inches short and about 18 inches lower at the bucket end, and engine sounds like it is at max pump -- thanx

to add to this , when a weight is on the loader the power steering stops working, when you try to lift a bucket full of soil the clutch can be full out and no drive !!! any, and all help appreciated

Clutch out and no drive first suggests knackered clutch but does it have TA?
If there's plenty of fluid perhaps you should change filter to start

yes does have TA, if you dip the clutch drive is restored, but if you try to hold on clutch to inch forward or back then it gets to the point where it is full out and no drive - thanks for comment

just changed filter -- no difference !!
