Hi all,

Anyone on here working or using the above system please. I'm just starting using ours and I'm having trouble sending data from the reader to my iPhone.

When I Bluetooth data over from the reader it asks me on my phone to add to a group but when I click on that nothing happens and no tag numbers are stored on the programme.

Any help appreciated.

Try having the group open first,then import.

You need to import data from the app on the iPhone rather than export it from the reader. I spent hours trying to figure this out and eventually got there[emoji85]
I think you need to go on to admin and then app and stick reader, then import sessions,

As you seem to know a lot more about this than me, could I pick your brains please?

Do you know if it's possible to transfer data from my phone straight on to my iPad from app to app if you know what I mean. Or do I need to input them into that from the reader?

Hmmm not sure on that one sorry, I've only ever used it on my phone. Only started using it in the last month or so,
