In or out? Brexit!

My opinion is that farmers could struggle a lot if the subsidies are scrapped how do you lot think we'll survive?! But I think out is the best way to go for the whole country!

Ask yourself a few questions.

1. Would you expect the city suits to support ANYTHING which had the capacity to improve and support UK farmers incomes and by extension incomes of a great many other businesses in the regions, which at the same time might just be bad for THEIR incomes and bonuses?

2. If you were a turkey would you vote for Christmas?

3. Will Nige (the common man) Farage's income be decimated post Brexit?

4. How much of a drop in living standard will be suffered by Boris and the other key Tory Brexit proponents?

Repeat question 2 above to yourself!

Lets get out after all the wars this country has been in and won, we should stand on our own, like we did be four being in the EU. Payments will continue in some form.

Lets get out of EU.
IT will be rough for a while.
For a sample Nearly all the machinery is used come from EU. So if farmers can't afford to buy it, then down comes the price.
Get rid of all their rules and regs.

I think this last line, sums up farmers views totally.
However, I think this is very , very optimistic. In the EU we have a large farming population together with a very much more sympathetic public, than in the UK.
They have ensured that the worse of the green rules have never been introduced , despite the best efforts of greens and vegans here. After Brexit they are certain to increase the pressure on the government who will only be interested in votes. We have seen in the last 2 years, a dramatic stepping up of campaigns in every shape and form which if implemented to the full will make life increasingly difficult for farming, especially if the far right free traders have their way resisting and dropping third country tarrifs.

Is that how things work outside the EU?
Seems that way ,ever been to india or africa ? No rules there,go to the south of spain to look at the 1000s of acres under plastic producing soft fruit ,and see if the rules apply, you are very selective in your comments

Do you honestly think that, outside the EU we are going to revert to a land of no rules, where the consumer does not sue for the slightest slip! Sorry you are living in cloud cuckoo land. No western country has been like that for many years and the worst of the rules often come from that country across the Atlantic.
Where have all the high profile cases where people have won millions or billions of pounds in the courts?

As. Remainer I think I may have to have a rethink. I didn’t realise that when we leave the Eu there will be no rules or regulations. Johnny Foreigner will virtually be giving machinery away. Everyone will be able to grow what they want from unicorns to magic beans and not only will they be able to charge whatever they want but people will be clamouring to buy it. I wish I’d had that explained to me before.
