Incognito

Every now and then I get a black box comes up in the right hand upper corner of my screen , telling me I've gone incognito ! . I would like to know what I do that triggers this and how to avoid it . I'm using Google Chrome I'm not doing anything that I would be embarrassed to admit to , -- so what to do ? Or not do of course

Ctrl + shift + n opens an incognito window. You browsing history isn't saved - so can be used for more "interesting" sites.

Shift Command N on a Mac and both Safari and Chrome.
Did have to look it up under the 'File' tab of each though.

Thanks fellas , good to actually know what I did to bring this about , but
I can't for the life of me think why I would press such a combination ,. and even more so , accidentally . At least I know why now . Thanks .
