I think it is pish-poor that the police are acting in this way at all I'm afraid. No camera evidence should be accepted legally and in fact, dash-cams should be banned.

I partly agree with you it’s easier to go after “normal” people than catch the real criminals. This is especially true with the current lazy police culture of getting the public to do their job for them by being their eyes and ears and reporting other people.

Speed cameras too - they are there for statistics and revenue more than road safety.

I don’t condone any of the above events. However, most people ARE responsible and trustworthy. It’s important to remember that accidents do happen even with the best will in the world and to the most careful people. It does NOT mean the person involved is a criminal.

Trial by media and press release is also inappropriate in my opinion. Without knowing the facts of each case it is nobody’s place to pass judgement.

somebody could of easily warned the tanker driver what was happening behind him that wheel was obviously strapped on and something went wrong didn't happen in seconds by the look of it, but thats the world were live in now no one Cares until it hits them or their loved ones or is filmed and put on the internet then they all have something to say
