Insulated daylight roof cladding sheets

Has anyone got any good ideas on above? I have to re-roof my seed potato chitting shed and am getting conflicting advice on weather to use daylight (as we have always done) or just rely on better artificial lighting. The total roof area is 10mx20m.
The biggest problem used to be keeping them warm, now it is stopping condensation and trying to keep them anywhere near single figures when we have a mild week -or two.

I would assume that for every sky light you put in you will have no insulation at its location as you cant have both , doing away with all natural light will increase your insulation and I guess the correct grade of led light can reproduce the natural light you need for chitting so my best guess would be drop the natural light requirement and use kingspan insulated tin roof panels as thick as you can afford that way should get the insulation you need and avoid the condensation .

Double layers of perspex give insulation. Walk into an industrial building B&Q etc and look at the roof.
Not sure about condensation.
Insulated roof with no skylights and led lighting might be an option.
