International 674 transmission light

I’ve put my 674 on the log processor and after a while the transmission light comes on . It still works fine. I’ve changed the filter under the left hand side of the cab and the oil is spot on . After a quick internet search a few articles say it’s low pressure and not to worry about it and keep the oil topped right up . Does any one know if this is right.

IH didn't even bother fitting the light on later models. I would agree with just keeping the oil topped up. Maybe @Gapples can confirm this he is the resident IH expert.

Filters and use their own Hytran. We had IH in the seventies and the warning lights came on and off.

As you say IH did away with this light & the pressure switch on later models.
Just make sure the PTO lever is fully out as if it's in the initial engagement position the light will stay on.
