iOS email signature tool.

Cross posted, not sure if it was in the correct section at first.

Does anyone know of any free online templates or tool to generate a simple iOS compatible signature for email, just to make them look a bit more professional.

Most of the ones I’ve looked at require signup, which I don’t mind if they do the job just don’t want to be led down th garden path so to speak. TIA.

In Mail, press the Help tab at the top and Change Signatures preferences in Mail on Mac and choose the options which include creating and saving a hand written signature.

Also have a browse of these useful videos by MacMost that illustrate many how-to options for making interesting signatures.

Was looking to try and do this on an I phone not Mac. Can’t see the option you suggest on my I phone.

Thanks

If you did it on a Mac it, or several optional signatures depending on how many you created, would automatically as options on your iPhone. Not that helps if you don't have a Mac of course.
I have signatures for Apple Mail, Outlook and Gmail set up in my iPhone and they appeared automatically as the accounts were added to the phone. However, they were all composed on a desktop, being a Mac in my case but I'm sure a similar option is available using a PC.
