I am looking for some guidance for my quad bike for slugpelleting are there any good apps out there

I guess not. The iPhone GPS is dreadfully inaccurate.

You could do a search on AgOpenGPS and use a bu353 receiver if you just want to mostly know where you have been.

Works a treat as long as you can see the screen.
It also has a field area plotter so you can find out the area before you go spreading!
