We have a firm coming in for hay who,s drivers are working for free to get the hay back to their community, thought this was a kind thing to do and apparently quite common in Ireland to help one another in this way

No but I have been loading lorries out of hours , boys came in today to load and we are loading again on bank holiday Monday

last year was a disaster for tatties most averaged half a crop but had sold 3/4 on contract.the nfu told the tattie buyers if you hold them to the contract you will have no tats next year,thank fully sense prevailed for once and a lot of tat buyers not only didn't take them to task over contract but paid a bit more than they had too.so derrick you talk the talk now walk the walk and give 10% discount to the hard up oirish fermers.

Just sold some decent haylage for racing yards to Ireland . Gave some discount to my buyer ,in autumn 2011 bought 300 tons from over there and good stuff kept it in storage and proved a godsend with the harvest we had last year.
