Is AI straws messed about with?

Is the AI straws messed about with as in they take sexed semen out of it and leave the rest for normal straws.
Good replacement always ends up a bull and good one for bull calves always ends up heifers.
We've been looking bulls this past 3 years so used a good terminal bull and for 3 years in a row 9 out of 10 of them are heifers.
The chances of that 3 years in a row is slim.
With sexed semen they give you a 9 out of 10 chance to be right which surprisingly tallys up exactly with mine if they are fit to remove the bulls and sell me the rubbish.

We don't use sexed .
For quite a while now all our British Friesian are mostly bulls and all our Angus end up heifers .
Does make you wonder what happens with bulls when sex sorted . Don't know might not even work like that!

No, especially with the new technology they kill the male sperm for the sexed straws so the conventional straws are a mix of the two
