Is Private Health Insurance worth it for a farmer?

I pay so much tax I refuse to take private health care with the day job, not paying them anymore benefit in kind
For life threatening illness your safer in the Hands of the NHS than anyone IMO , they saved my wife and my Sister from certain death from Cancer , treatment was A class , would not have gone private if it was free

Having had a family member with a quad bypass in his 40’s this year I am not 100% I agree with. He is still with us but a bit of a sh!t show from the 4 hrs in an and E as they didn’t believe he was having a heart attack to holing him while trying to stent.

put same money into saving/investment then use to go private if needed
Thank you for that suggestion.
As I am not that well up with savings accounts that are giving a good interest rate ,that may keep up with the ever increasing cost of private medical care , would you be able to PM me some suggestions. That said I quite I understand if I don’t hear anything from you.
