Is telling fibs becoming infectious?

Or are they just shameless charlatan's?
Today it was the turn of the Chancellor and birthday boy Sajid Javid.
I am sure we can agree the Prime minister is worse than economical with the truth so why should and worry about that.
But in today's interview the chief bean counter tried to tell the voting public that the Conservatives had halved homelessness.
The trouble was that this not so long ago housing minister was wrong. Oh the lack of credibility.
So just to be clear homelessness is 65% higher than when they first returned to government in 2010.

Of course the homeless do not vote unless they have registered address, so arguably they do not matter to a minister that was clearly not in control of his brief.

Or was he just lying having caught it off the prime minister?

That's a lie.
The homeless can vote without an address.

I did.
You wrote a lie.
By the way.
How can a body be homeless yet still have a registered address?

It was reported a few days ago that a cafe was offering Homeless people the use of the cafes address as a registered address so they could then enroll on the electoral register and get a vote.

So I think you are wrong old fella. Capfits post was grammatically and technically correct, or at least the part that related to homeless folk getting the vote. As for the rest well I listen to Sajid on the 8 am Radio 4 slot. I will just say he ducked and weaved.

This thread is a waste of time. Come Dec 13th, all the homeless will have the chance to move into Chequers or No. 11. And No.10 might have a few spare rooms.
But the cat in No.10 (what's it called?) will need regular de-lousing.
