I would like to know, especially if you are running a large business, if you have found a way setting up a system that will block unwanted marketing E mails etc, so that your E mail inbox is slightly easier to manage.
The "JUNK"mail box does not seem to filter out very many .

Suppose you ought to start by telling us which program you use for reading your e mails and also who your mail provider is.

It is not recommended to unsubscribe to junk/spam mail as it just confirms you exist!

Try Mailwasher. It is free. You can read the mail on the server and block it so the sender gets it bounced back and they think you either don't exist or your mail is not working. They do not know you've read it. Unfortnately, I think it only works on a PC and I am now on a Mac.

I use Spamfilter, which diverts rubbish into a Spam folder, which you can skim through every now and again to make sure nothing wanted has got diverted, all without opening the mail or registering it as read.(y)
Eventually the amount of cr*p reduces, but it seems to come back every now and again, presumably as your email address gets picked up by someone else.
