Does anyone know if this could be fixed or will it have to be a new tyre?

Depends on what way you want to go. Can get re vulvonised. Probably try a heavy patch first on it

How much for a new one

As long as it’s not near the side wall I can’t see any problem repairing that, l wouldn’t have thought it will be a high speed z rated or anything. Just stick a plug in it😉

I had a similar sized bolt go through a nearly new one on the lease car last year and ATS put a special bung it and off I went.

i would pull it off and take it to the local tire spot and see what they say if its for a road vehicle
