I've an older cctv dvr system I need to set up with a monitor or tv for occasional viewing of cctv cameras. My problem is that the monitor/tv will be 15 to 20 metres away from the cctv dvr box. Can I adapt the vga socket from the dvr to an rca type to go to the monitor/ tv and use normal tv co ax or is there a simpler way? Everything works fine but I just can't get the video out bnc plug on the dvr signal through to picture up the monitor/tv, only through the vga. Thank you. :geek:
