Isuzu D max Bluetooth error

I’ve got a 64 plate d max with a pioneer avic-f860bt radio in it, the Bluetooth comes up with error 2 whenever you press it, the options are greyed out so you can’t change anything, it shows the Bluetooth visibility as off, I can’t change it. Anyone had this problem or know of a solution, google mentions a module which probably means the units done as a Bluetooth unit.

Yes thanks, downloaded that and updated, sadly no joy.
Oh dear!

Have you tried a factory reset on the unit? I believe that these are built on a Microsoft base firmware and that you can actually access this somehow.
This video isn't for your model [I have a 900BT model] but it may give you some ideas. There may be more appropriate videos available if you search.

Tried the reset with the pin, nothing, tried the reset on screen, nothing, tried the Bluetooth reset, it just says error, it won’t do the Bluetooth update, I updated it all to 1.21 again just to see, it still hasn’t changed anything to make it work. Looks like hardware maybe
