Bloody stuff is everywhere. Noticed some growing in a layby just down the road here where some garden waste was fly tipped a while back. Keep meaning to go and spray it. Also found a sizable patch by a river last week whilst walking a farm, presumably seeds floated downstream whilst the river was in flood over winter. Farmer hadn't noticed it before and was pretty horrified.

all the knotweed around fort-william is growing along the loch side and gets spread by the high tides i have a shorefront field about 4 miles down the loch and get patches growing just along the highest tide mark most years try to roundup them on a regular basis but seems to be a bit of a losing battle
