Check the aux hydraulic line isn't engaged. A mate had an issue with his where it wouldn't start and it was the aux pedal had gone stiff and had been pushed down pulled it back to neutral and that cured the starting issue

your safety circuit may not be working also. You will ether have a bad relay or switch, or solenoid that is burnt out or out of adjustment. It controls the servo oil to your levers and why it may be not working. I would check the switch in the cab that you would normally activate for the hydraulics to work. Check all fuses for proper condition, check your relay box for something with a lock symbol for identification or hydraulic symbol.

Had similar issue with our JZ 70, started with intermittent starting issue. Then it started just loosing all function as if the safety lever was up. Mechanic first off all fitted new batteries, then an isolator switch when the starting issues continued. Then when I told him about the loss of function (I was questioning was the alternator faulty) he came up with changing the fan belt. That cured it. It was slipping at times causing low volts. Worth a try, the old one didn’t look bad to me but has certainly fixed the problems.
