JCB 2CX Airmaster

I have an early JCB 2CX airmaster without a handbrake. There is no obvious provision for one in the cab so does anyone know if they were ever produced without one.

They have a switch on the right hand console. It’s a black rocker with a small sprung catch one it, that prevents it being turned off by accident. It’s on the top row of switches.

Can I ask another question as you clearly know these machines very well, can you tell me what the red filter in the photo is.

Pass. I can't remember - I don't have the 2CX any more.

It is the hydraulic filter element. It filters the oil in the tank near the cab door.
