Jcb 320 locking pins

Locking pins won’t come out of handler tonight. Anyone got any ideas? Is there anyway I could manually change it from 3rd service to locking pins as a temp fix?

Check you haven’t accidentally knocked the constant pumping rocker switch, it deactivates the locking pins for some reason.

being dull which is the constant pumping rocker switch. I’m convinced it’s somethingthat’s been knocked by accident as if you operate it will the grab pipes on it just operates the grab ie not diverting to the pins.

Have you got to press a switch on the dash to allow you to retract the locking pins? If so its probably the wires to the solenoid on the boom, the degrade because of the constant in out movement of the boom, its happened to mine twice, they just bring out a new bit of wiring loom, plug it in and problem solved

To the right, next to the knob for altering to the flow to the auxiliary’s.

I’ve mentioned on here before that I occasionally get a similar problem and it is allways a tiny bit of rubber stuck in restrictor in ram feed pipe.

Turned out to be a faulty switch. Excellent service from local dealer. Probably have to take out a mortgage to pay the bill though
