V everything out well and turn the welder well up and weld it back on would likely be the best plan. The ''C'' boom is certainly shorter but I think it would fit at the bottom. You'd likely need to change the boom ram too though as the ''D'' one would be too long........as would the dipper ram ,come to think of it.....

may well end up welding,but was broken/plated long before we had it and we've had it since i was at schoolo_O:censored:
