JCB Mini-X 8035 Front Dipper Ram Repair

Got the dipper ram off and tried to remove the PIN and it broke off like a pretzel. So machine shop ground out the rest of the PIN and I think it's GONE, but unable to turn the shaft. Has anyone experienced same / similar with this part?
