JCB TM320 drivers

I am just about to swap my JCB TM300 for possibly a TM320. Rep tells me there is no longer a transmission dump swith on the joystick. How do you go on without this? Having driven a TM270 and a TM300 for the last 13 years and using the dump switch all the time I'm not sure how I would go on without it.

I find it handier to have F/R flicker on the back of joystick rather than the dump switch, we have a 531/70 and manitou mlt731 which both have this and wouldn't want to go back to older joysticks now, never been a fan of dump on brake pedal to be honest but no particular reason

I think whatever works best for you we got told by someone that the rocker switch on the joystick was a waste of time and they didn't like it but ever since we started using ours we've never used gone back to using the indicator style shifter

The first time i drove ours into a grain store in weighted trailer mode i thought id hit something the change down was so severe hope they sort that as its a good machine otherwise.

We had 300 and gone to 320s dump switch was better did exactly the same for filling feeder, electric one never gets used neutral is easiest, I liked old joystick better could use all services while having clutch in, that said cannot fault new one (seat don't have plenty settings) can release pressure without stopping and constant flow/adjustable flow oh only one cab light
