I have a jcb 525/60with 900hrs on it and transmission is very jumpy/shuddering when working but not doing it all the time. Has anyone any idea whats the problem??

Have got one 600 hours and smooth. Has it just started doing it, are you using the inching pedal ?

Does it happen when its hot or cold? It has a hydrostatic transmision so it oil pumps and motors so should be smooth.

Not using the inching pedal, happens both hot and cold and also when slowing down does this very rapidly. Fitters have been adjusting the friction ring sensor but still on going.
