JD 545 tearing net

Hi, My JD 545 baler has started to tear the net off one side of the bale...probably 1 in 4 bales are affected. its usually on the same side, but not always. Any ideas what is causing this?

Its a while since we had ours but ours was ripping about a inch off both sides. The bar in the net roll box had a sharp ish corner on it. Ground that off and it stopped it.

Have a look underneath when putting net on sometimes it catches on the net guide that takes it down into the chamber, if its done a lot of bales it could be worn out of in need of adjustment
