Warning

The fuel flow to cylinder #2 is lower than expected.

Any help on possible investigations before calling in the expensive green boiler suit army? Tractor is a 2010 6534. It has been know to go into limp mode when towing, not experienced when on field work. It's clocked up 5500 hours..

Injector No 2 not responding!!.
I'd try it on a dynamometer to recreate the misfire. Then turn off each injector individually using Service Advisor to be sure it's No 2.
You may have a loose wire on top of an injector or a faulty injector. You could replace one or all four injectors..
Another option,,,,,,, is to tip some Stanadyne fuel treatment into the tank...... ?
