JD 6630P freeflow return

Apologies if it has been asked/answered a thousand times...but where's the freeflow return port on the back axle of a 2012 Deere 6630P?

Big banking plug just above the PTO guard 27mm thread . Or one of 3 blanking plugs under the spool bank to the right of centre slice one is pressure one is return and the little one is load sensing

Yes RH side above PTO guard. I think its an allan key. You will need to go to a hydraulic place to get an adapter because from memory its metric, and they will go " Oh we selll loads of those for JD owners, really odd size"

I found the 27mm bottom one - and got the right bits from the Deere dealer. Lovely jubbly.

I've found the cluster of small ones just to the left of the righthand spool valve couplings - which one is which? I need it for the 12v diverter valve i've fitted to the drill so that one spool can do two d/a rams.

Just remembered a dowty is too big to go in the recess so a copper washer is better or you need to file a dowty down

The 27 mm fittings all seal to the tractor with an O ring, no need for sealing washers.. Look at the plug as you remove it, eh

O ring won't last from experience so easier to put a copper washer in first

I've never had a problem with the O ring job, it's how they seal them in the factory. Are you using the right O ring??
Each to their own as they say..

Tried the O ring off the blanking plug and they've never lasted so just use what I know to work 100%
