Have a look at this sitehttps://www.incarconnections.co.uk/blaupunkt-car-stereos-car-radios.html

If you buy another Blaupunkt it will fit in with the wiring without having to alter things. Blaupunkt are quite expensive and you could buy a simple radio for half the price of a Blau. But then you have to change the wires around, I have done this on my tractor because I put in a Alpine DAB.

You could go to a JD dealer and they would fit one for you. However if I were you I'd get a Blaupunkt, they are very good.

Any single din radio will fit, the wiring plugs on the rear are just Standard iso, any radio from Halfords/eBay/local dealer will fit fine, if it doesn’t save the stations when plugged in there will be a red and a yellow wire one is switched live and one is permanent live, these will just need swapping over

I'm sorry trook but I think you are wrong. When I replaced Blaupunkt radios in both my JDs I had to alter the wiring. In fact I got in a right mess and had to get my mechanic in a van to fix it. There may be an adaptor but I don't know which one.
Yes a standard radio will fit in the radio gap.

nope, radios are very simple to fit, i must have fitted 20-30 over the years for myself and others, the plug shapes on the rear of that unit are standard iso fit, the pin outs are normally also written on the top or bottom of the radio casing, have fitted sony, alpine, pioneer, blaupunkt and clarion radios to deere tractors without issues

Those connections at the back are euro plugs (or whatever they are called). Any new radio will have them, just plug and play. Well at least overhere they do.
Only problem may be the antenna connection. There are two types and sometimes you get an adapter, sometimes you don't. All readily available on ebay and the likes though.
