I need a set of discs this year and going forward. I am on heavy, nasty Warwickshire clay with steep banks.
There are two x-presses near me one with an st bar and one without. This time I would be mainly following a shakerator as a second cultivation but in the future it would be nice to do a one pass cultivation.
My question is will the tractor cope with the legs on the front or will the front be too light ( 900 kgs on the front links) and would it pull the bar at depth.
