JD 7530 technician mode

We’ve just had airbrakes fitted to our 7530 but the light on the dash to show low air pressure wasn’t working so the engineer has been out today and can’t get the tractor to bring up the codes when in technician mode it’s just a blank screen, he’s taken the battery off and tried a couple times but he thinks we’ll need someone with a laptop to find out the problem. Does anyone have any ideas how to get it to bring the codes without needing to get the dealer out?

Have you put a JD kit on or something aftermarket??
If it's JD you may need software to enable the light.

It’s a kit from tractair, when it was fitted he put the jd code in to tell the tractor it had airbrakes and everything bar the light on the dash was working, when he came back out to input the code again to sort the light he couldn’t get it to show any codes on the technician page to check it.

How much did it cost to fit air brakes? Parts+labour? Is it possible to fit them into any tractor?

It was £2750 for the kit and £550 for them to be fitted on farm. Yes tractair fit them to any tractor I think.
