I buy bits from Poland, new spare parts to hydraulic hoses etc. No import tax, beauty of the custom's union.... oh wait? foot, shoot? I know what vantage is saying, but if its coming from a reputable dealer or shop then I don't think you will have any problems. Shipping is normally quick and not that expensive. We got a hydraulic lift kit (ram etc) and bits for our mower, so much cheaper and only 30 euros delivery.

Buy loads of bits and pieces from Poland... 3-4 days normally and it's here with DHL. Usually good to deal with and can put a lot of UK suppliers to shame.

I Use Revolut for the currency change..

I bought a piece for my JD 1174 harvester in Poland this winter. In JDparts (original spare parts of JD) it cost € 330. They put it in my house in Spain for € 67

Sorry I talk to them by email direct, I get mower parts etc through them. More of an example of a firm who are very good.

Guys I am all up for a deal ,can you not ask your dealers to get a better price! If this starts happening you will have not place to go on a weekend or when you need a part for every day use!

There isn't many places you'll go on a weekend these days for all main dealers are near closed on Saturdays about here.
And even with their best discount to a customer they can be still be a country mile out.

A lot of part prices have doubled here in the last 3-5 yrs, CNH being the biggest culprit on that front I find so maybe a good kick up the arse is badly overdue..

And as for everyday parts, well not many go to a main dealer for that kind of hardware.
