JD7230R dpf regen problem

after yesterdays thread about my secondary cultivation tractor which turns out to be pretty much knackered, my main cultivation tractor felt jealous for all the attention the oldie is getting and started to throw some warning/error codes at me. It's a 2015 7230R with a bit over 1500 hrs. I started getting ECU 3480.07 (Fuel dosing inlet pressure fault) blue warning and ECU 3480.18 (Fuel dosing inlet pressure very low) yellow warning. Also, i cannot start a manual regeneration, the button in the engine page on the command centre is grey.
A mechanic is coming in tomorrow but any advice is welcome.

Dosing inlet mismatch. Would check the 4 pin plug below the alternator. Small block with fuel lines on it on the RH side of the engine.

The mechanic came on sat morning but didn't have his laptop updated so couldn't test the dosing system.. He will be back tomorrow but i am loosing a good day's work.
These are the dosing pump, 4 sensors/actuators and the error codes that show up.



Now it lets me initiate a parked regeneration that goes for a few minutes and then ends with an error.

Blocked filter on the dosing pump? I recall some have a very very small gauze in one of the fittings ??

Checked filter. Not yet in limp mode

Get a proper mechanic that will remove all that excess piece of sh!t environment friendly tech. The only thing that is wrong with the new tractors is the scr/egr/dpf rubbish.

if it enters limp mode, can it be fixed with a parked regeneration or is it a dealer job to get it back and running?

Found the problem, one of the main wiring harness was rubbing against a AC metal pipe wich resulted in 2 broken wires. Exactly the wires from the fuel opening valve.

Very dissapointing to have this kind of problem in a premium machine.
