JD750 disc

I've got openers that you can no longer get discs for as finding anyone sensible at Ingersoll to talk about UK supply is worse than Brexit. Machining up a new set of stubs was possible but the original discs lasted over five years so it's not worth it. Then I wanted to find just a disc with a smaller centre to machine out but now I've invested in a plasma cutter and it's a "why didn't I get one years ago" thing so I'm planning just to cut the whole lot out and weld in the old centres with a profing table and plasma cutter shouldn't take too long. Thanks.

That's total pain. I'm going to probably buying these axle hubs which I think have an 85mm dia shoulder which going to chuck on the lathe and turn down to 77mm to fit the JD disc's bore. Waiting for Spaldings to deliver one to take measurements. Then drill new stub bolt holes on the flange to match the disc.
