The long solid shaft that runs along the drawbar of my jf900 is warped and causing vibration. What can be done? Brought it to an engineer but said it’s to hard of steel to work with and he had no press. TIA

Look for a scrapped one . Plenty around by now .

Common part to twist I’m afraid. Remember this forager was developed in 1984 when many were then driven by 100-130hp Max. Today many are used on 200 +!

It is just slightly bent no twist on it at all I’ve two of them both the same

There is a guy up near Omagh who breaks and rebuilds Jf harvesters , he had a yard full of them one time I was up there , I can’t think of his name , any North men here know him.
